The 10th European Week of Regions and Cities closed last Thursday. 5807 participants from 46 countries were in attendance. A video summary of this major European event on regional policy will be available on the OPEN DAYS website in the course of this week.

To keep the wealth of knowledge gained through the OPEN DAYS 2012, we will now be collecting the OPEN DAYS workshops reports.

These reports will be used to prepare a symposium known as the 'OPEN DAYS Proceedings'. Workshop organisers are therefore kindly asked to send the report, using the dedicated OPEN DAYS proceedings' template, to ConclusionsOD@cor.europa.eu.

You can view an example of a report so you have an idea of what is expected. In addition, we would also need eight high resolution pictures (at least 300 dpi) of the workshop, indicating the workshop codes and possibly the surnames of the speakers, ordered from left to right.  These pictures, which will illustrate your report page, are also to be sent to: conclusionsOD@cor.europa.eu.

We would need the report and the pictures by Friday 26 October 2012 at the very latest. Please indicate, for all email correspondence, the code of your workshop in the email heading.
