"Cross-border cooperation as an opportunity for development in times of crisis" is the theme of the first OPEN DAYS local events to take place on 10 and 11 July in Santiago de Compostela (Cidade da Cultura de Galicia) and Guimarães (Centro Cultural Vila Flor), respectively. The events mark the second participation in the OPEN DAYS local events of GNP-EGTC (Galicia-Norte de Portugal - European Grouping for Territorial Cooperation)".
